Journey: Ensuring Maximum Exposure for Property Listings: A DIY Approach

Hi

I want to ensure that a prospective client’s listed property, which will be published on the country’s largest real estate platform, gets the attention it deserves. What’s the most effective way to achieve this? Also, if I want to handle this as a test project myself instead of hiring someone, what steps should I take? Need I to say that I need all traffic to be local, relevant traffic

Architectural considerations?
Reasonable timeline to build this?
Any major mistakes to avoid?
Automate for future endaveors, coding for reusability?
How does the expert mind work here, project manage or chaos all-around?
Do I need a proper desk setup or can i continue grinding to build this on my laptop?


Any hints, guides or recommendations will be appreciated, as a thanks I'll keep this thread open as a Journey for anyone looking to do something similar

Before purchasing a domain, I created a spreadsheet to keep track of all my other domains, which I believe will be helpful for maintaining an overview.
Something like this, it will have to do as a start as I need a place to overview all my domains and where and how to reach team. Also, might be good for cost control, perhaps some automation possibilities or a dashboard in the future




Questions on my mind :

- Should I be worried the registrar would leave out my domain details and my whois information to law enforcement or other outside of the US, should I use it for SEO blogging and some Blackhat methods?
- I saw that upon purchasing certain TLDs that I was asked to approve for my WHOIS information to be shared with ICANN, anything that I should be worried about if I'm going to be doing this for a while?

Next step:
Purchase a new domain in home / interior / arts niche... I'm thinking about getting a new domain for the first one, while learning to scan for the better expired domains or writing WTBs for the future once established some ground

Just purchased a domain on NC for a year, it's brand new with no history, I decided to put all my details in to the whois, but added privacy.
I'm thinking since this will mainly be a blog/news site of page it will not host anything nasty, TLD .org - I added the option of PremiumDNS, not sure how useful it will be, searched on BHW of the relevance, but I'm sure it can't damage the score of the domain and my page

Next up: Choose a suitable hosting, I got some reading to do

Can you share some reading material on this topic?

I went with one of the large cloud providers, super easy to deploy, now I have to do some Wordpress research and how to setup

Other things
- I picked Static IP - I'm figuring over time that my domain score and static ip will have done good for the reputation
- Multiple deployment locations were available

I did not put any limits, I'm in it to learn and invest in myself, so as long as it doesn't ruin me...
On another note, I've noticed that everything is so damn expensive (especially subscription tools)

Purchased a license for Ahrefs today, overwhelming amount of features... however I'm going through the academy right now, and if you have any additional good resources for learning I'd be very pleased to take part of it

Weekend was filled with IRL activities, but back at it now. I've setup a wordpress with a premium generatepress theme and the genereblocks plugin ontop,, added some additional plugins and kept a generally streamlined site so far.

There's a lot to keep track of as well... I'm a little bit worried about the security on my wordpress server, I've secured the site with SSL and done some basics checks, but I just can't seem to find a serious and good guide that keeps focusing on the necessary essentials.. there amount of guides on security is overwhelimg, how do you fellow Black Hat SEO experts do?
