[Journey] Building My Printing Services Store 2022

Hey guys just posting here to document for myself on my journey to building my printing service store I have and take you along for the ride. As of right now I offer DTG Printing, Screen Printing, Embroidery, Vinyl, Banners,

Business Cards and much more but our main sellers are those services. Mainly I been promoting on Instagram with a following of 433 all organic and ad traffic followers, with Facebook I really been slacking and not doing my

best on that. This year alone I had 2,154 unique visitors within those I had $5.7k in sales but counting the materials and equipment its less don't have the exact numbers yet. Would love any feedbacks you guys would on how I

can expand more locally and nationwide across the US. Never really tried SEO yet on the website should I start there or should I keep promoting on Instagram and more on Facebook. I will be going around my city passing out

flyers see if that boost the sales. Either or I'm happy to take y'all on this journey and hear your feedback. -Thanks and Let's Keep on Grinding.

Depending on what you want to provide for service but I would recommend tshirt printing because that will always be around for birthdays, events and funerals. A good DTG machine runs about $30k-$50k but not everyone has that laying around. So what I first did was do drop shipping out sourced the printing for awhile so I can save enough to buy my own printer and build from there. Also you need to find a wholesale blank T-shirt provider in your area instead of online will help a lot. Only thing you have to worry about is brining in the clients to pay off the machines.

How are yoy getting traffic?
Social media only to generate those sales?

1. So you already raised the mechanized capitalization through drop shipping or that is what you plan on / currently doing?

2. Are you US based or just US targeting?

3. ... I "may" be looking to relocate my printer from Vietnam To the US... (because I'm Stateside)

Do you have all over print capability in-house?

Would you be willing to invest your time and/or $ in a BST/JV thread?
