You can efficiently learn HTML in about 3 uninterrupted days.
CSS is a bit more involved and JavaScript will take a while longer.

Personally, I think 600 hours is far more than enough time needed to become an entry level full stack developer.
Hell, just take Brad Traversy's courses on YouTube and Udemy and you're good to go for most of it.

About the 600 hours you might be able to get it if the 600 hours are full focus without distractions and not getting a lot of new concepts daily.
My personal advice is to start working on personal projects that way u will be learning a lot of useful things.

Two-day update: I didn't do much these two days since we spent a lot of time in class setting up the programming environments and learning git and github. Apart from that I finished 5% of a 50 hour html and css course at udemy.
