[Journey ] Amazon Niche Site

So I am using the Table of Contents Plus plugin to make a table of contents for my longer articles. It is showing up on firefox and safari but not on Edge, IE , or Chrome? Other people's TOC show on those browser though. Any ideas?

It's strange cause I've looked through tons of problems people are having and can't find this problem anywhere.

Fixed by manually adding [toc]

Any update? I think 200$ is not enough for today's niche site business. with 200$,you can only buy some artilces,
