Which supplier did you use if you dont mind me asking, since you dont do wholesale anymore.

Hows it going with this now? I got my foundation setup with my stores and plan to expand my SKUs (inventory wise too). If I invest north of $8,500 into more Wholesale inventory, then I could be at around $300 Gross/$60 Net daily. Setup storage area, desks, software etc etc and worked out some profit drains such as labels/envelopes+.
Main niche is action figures (actually collectables), which seem ok because they make sales, yet the low-ticket stuff is not as good as expected. When you make sales at $50 instead of $10 it is much better. With my current 50/75 SKUs left, I usually make 2 trips to the post office, but even that could be automated with their pickup service.
I could 2X my sales I think if I got on Amazon with their huge market share, except do the FBM route. Current sales on: Whatnot (2), Poshmark (0), eBay (*10+- since went wholesale), Walmart Marketplace (115+), Mercari (14)
