Joomla Expert Needed for 30 Sites

I need a Joomla expert to finish this site (I initially gave this work to somebody but he couldn't finish it - no, he was not a BHW person!)

I attached the work requirements and wanted to let everybody know that this work involves 30 replica sites; 2 sites per month (please read the specs carefully and ask questions.)

ps: you may see another post like this because I tried to post one before and I don't think it got posted at all... anyway, good luck and let me know what your price is if you can complete this project.

WOW.. Whats your budget on this because I notice your also asking for consulting session for the new owner. I also think your wasting your time doing it on joomla. WP would be much better for what your after.

But regardless, I am curious on the budget.

I feel that I should have the subject cleared for the budget: There is no budget! I will be dealing with the person who gives the best price (that simply doesn't mean I have thousands of dollars in my pocket either.)

Another point on "training the owner": The owner is me, this project is not for anybody else (for a client of mine or etc...)
