I am looking for a team of co-owners who are keen to startup an incentive network where we would acquire users to completes CPA offers and redeem for prizes.
What I would contribute:
Net 30 profit sharing. Possible to be Net 7 depending upon which CPA network that we work with.
Risk -
You lose your time spent on this project
User acquiring target -
1st Month - 500 active users (completing CPA offers daily including trial signup)
2nd Month - 750 active users
3th Month - 1,250 active users
I am projecting only the first three months as thereafter the site would scale up on its own without too much marketing.
Potential Profits -
On average each users would complete and give us a revenue of $5 per day. 5 x 500 users = $2,500 per day. 30 days x $2,500 = $75,000 per month gross revenue. We are primary getting users from Tier 1 Country. I already have existing traffic sources for this.
Profit split:
60% to me and I would retain controlling stake in the Company direction
The rest to split evenly across other team members. I am taking a bigger slice as I have marketing cost to upkeep each month.
Why am I looking for partners?
I believe each person have their own respective talents so by using a team setup, we can help to boost each others strength and achieve a better outcome.
Exit Strategy:
To sell out the site through three of the most reputable website brokerage. But I don't think you will want to sell out with the passive income coming in.

- Marketing expertise
- Web developer/ App developer who can reskin the scripts and app codes that I have on hand as well as customization and adding new CPA networks.
- Copywriter who can write 'seducing' sales copy
- Person who can provide web hosting as well as taking care of server related matters. Ideally I hope this can be a web hosting owner.
- Graphic designer
