In search of several private networks I didn't saw any good offer which I need,
* I want email submit zip submit or phone number submit with verification can also be accepted.
* Trial Offers,
* Converting Offers

Please get me a private CPA network. network which doesnt steals!

I'm assuming you mean "better offers than" and you can't compare the two neither can you say one is better than the other. They both good and both have their purpose.

Thank you so much Billy for the reply, Can you help me getting into a private CPA network, I can generate leads/sales or trial offers too from Google adword, but just need good offer in health niche. I have used Golf Trial offer from MaxBounty. That is way too much fraud MaxBounty did with me! :( The offer I ran later after sending 200 traffic from Google Organic I asked the AM that why I till now unable to make any lead, (That golf offer was just a trial, users who interested in this can join the training with $1) but AM said I didn't made any leads thats why I earned nothing from that offer. So the turning point in when I asked the owner of Golf offer (advertiser), he says "We stopped working with MaxBounty" I have screenshots with AM and with the Advertisers too! So from that day I stopped working with MaxbOunty, I want goof lead generation offer. thats it

Please use "paragraphs" hard to read like this.

First off, MaxBountry is not a private CPA network :) MayBounty does not steal all your leads but I am going to assume you didn't even set up a proper tracker otherwise you could have tracked every conversion ;)

I work with MaxBounty too as a couple super affiliates and they work fine for me and a lot of other people ;)

You could check out Peerfly.

There is no best offer man, what works for me might not work for you. Advanced CPA is pretty complex to master and will take tools, skills and money.
 
I think both are of a kind...each having specific set of offers which may benefits that set of customers.
