Looking for a jnr vip escrow that will facilitate a transaction for me. I’ve been ripped by a JNR VIP so I’m extremely cautious now.

I hope they won't approve this for any member.
Also, you have almost no credibility to facilitate such deals with your 3-month-old account.
This will create another opportunity for fraudsters to assign their alts between the trades or someone can just do a runner with the funds.
Use Paypal, common sense and never pay friends and family or with crypto.

There is an escrow service running a BST here on BHW. BHW approved the thread, and its still running so...but dyor.

This would not be allowed, at least not specifically as the OP is requesting (For a member to act directly as a transaction broker). However, it does seem like the thread below would be suitable. Otherwise, @Jackmac990 you could always look at some other third party escrow service.
