Dispute Summary:
Lockadig messaged me via dm to offer a google ad account and ad management. I agreed and payed him $750 for the account and some ad spend budget. Everything looked good until he told me the ad got rejected because it was only a basic ad account and I needed to pay for a verified agency account and the minimum top up was $2500. I reluctantly agreed. I sent him another payment. He then added me to a group with one other person (supposedly from the agency). I waited some hours and the person from the agency messaged in side the group that the account was ready but I needed to pay an extra 1k to activate it. It was obvious at then that it was just a scam tactic to get me paying more and it's likely the person in the group is the same person as the seller. I told Lockadig I was no longer interested because of the unexpected 1k payment on top of what we already agreed and he agreed to refund the full amount today Thursday 29th April 2025 and low and behold I have not received anything.

I wish to receive a full refund or see the user banned as I doubt the services he was offering were real in the first place.

) ). Everytime he told me something else, only to run out the time... . I have attached all the proofs with this bad person and I hope will be banned to not scam other people and also I hope to receive the money back. Thank you!
