JCI support ignores after payment

Hi

I have paid JustCloakIt subscription 12 hours ago and support ignores my message about payment.
I communicated on contacts specified on an advertizing banner.

Perhaps, support has some days off or the exact time of work?
At a forum there is a person who can solve this problem?

Mr blackjack will reply soon , don't worry he is a good guy , support is a bit an issue with JCI, but you can follow the video section for instructions its very easy ,
