Ordered 2000 words article on 4th August. Did not receive yet. Initiated Paypal dispute and it is on processing yet.

I' m one of his "unhappy" clients. I already won the Paypal dispute and just want to give an advice. If he uses a different account like what he did with me, make sure you check the details to see that it mentions the other transaction correctly and don't close your dispute yet because he gave the wrong details (this will enable him to easily get the money back in the future). I just refunded that and continued with the dispute until he lost. Good luck and hope everybody gets their money back.
 
I ordered 10,000 words last June and delivered my articles almost a month. And when I got time to check the content, it was just a rewritten version of my competitor.
