Jack_dust is insulting buyers

    I bought 35 accounts from @Jack_Dust website accsmarket. In the first step some accounts did not work, they got replaced. Fine so far.

    To be safe I let the accounts rest some days. Now, 3 days after I checked them and 90% of them had invalid credentials, can't login anymore. Even the mail adresses are not working anymore.

    I opened a support ticket and asked for a refund (since he took the accounts back, changed credentials), @Jack_Dust answered the following:

    That's unprofessional. I don't know why the kid is even allowed to offer his accounts on Blackhatworld.

    Bought 10 accounts from him, 10 of 10 were reverted to the original email address, some reset as they were sold to me, then reused and again reset.
    Asked him to get my accounts replaced, he never answered, opened a dispute at Paypal, won in 3 days.

    He continuously says on his thread that the issue was resolved when he never even answered to me.

    I bought 50 accounts from this person all suspended before i ever loged in to the accounts, sended him e-mails but he told me to shutup, now im trying to get my money back via Paypal

    Screenshot specifically of what part? I removed the 10 accounts from MP, I don't have access to those account anymore either, I have the order # if that helps though.

    I'm not trying to give you, or anyone else a hard time in this thread, but the rule in this subforum is that if you are going to make an accusation you need to back it up with screenshot proof.

    This is not a court of course but this is where we mediate issues between buyers and sellers and without screenshot proof it is impossible to do that on any level that is credible.

    We'll let the lead Mod (@MisterF) decide if what you posted works for him. I'm just in this thread to give some minor assistance as he and I work on these threads together a lot and I'm just doing maintenance in here.

    He helps me a ton when I am involved as the lead staff member and I chip in if I think I can help him when he is handling a SL thread.

    I'm not going to retype my whole post over again, but I had a similar situation as OP.. except he didn't replace the accounts, and when I said I'll file a dispute via PayPal.. he went as far as to photoshop our conversation, and try and use that as proof to combat my dispute. He's obviously not that smart as he sent the link to the photoshopped image right in the support chat, and bragged how he would win the dispute using it. I took a picture and video of my laptop screen with my phone, so that PayPal could see that my proof was the legitimate chat transcript and that he was trying to send them a photoshopped image of the chat. And of course that was enough for them to side with me. One look at his sales thread speaks wonders.

    I've already sent proof of the whole conversation to one of the Mods, I'm just posting this for others to be aware and so that hopefully they can finally shut down his scam shop, and no more members will get jerked for their money or time.

    2. This guy complains about 1 order (124418), or rather about a couple of accounts, instead he requested a refund from PalPAl for the last 2 orders in full!

    He acted dishonestly. In my sales branches and on the website it is written that the guarantee is 48 hours from the moment of purchase, the second order was made on December 6th. I will not return money for a fully working order that has worked as much as is needed and is still working!

    He also stated the reason for the dispute that the goods had not been delivered !. and the claim from his words is that the product does not match the description. on the very first day I filed proof of the delivery of goods to PayPal, I am waiting for a decision.

    Insane how far you go to fake proof.

    You even changed the messages on your support Ticket. I have a video proof of the real version and I showed the real version to @MisterF before. I am sure he will confirm it.

    @BassTrackerBoats is faking proof banable?

    I am ashamed how you treat this community and disrespect the moderators.

    Furthermore it‘s funny, that you say only the site owner can change the messages. Guess who is the owner....

    Jack is selling dead accounts. Everyone knows that when you put accounts to use, the first thing is that IG will ask for a email verify and if you don't have access to an email ( not a single email associated with accounts were working), that means the accts are dead, but Jack Dust doesn't agree and keep referring to his ambiguous terms and conditions, He neither refunded me nor replaced the accounts
