SMM panels have no control over the orders once they are put in, that is the main problem.

If you have issue you can open shitlist
I have been using followiz in the past (~6-7 months ago). Didn't have any problems with them at that time.
Most of these panels (followiz included) are resellers and as someone from above already said, they have 'no control' about the orders other than the info from the API callbacks. But anything regarding the refund should be properly handled by them, if not, feel free to open a SL thread.

Yes they do. (Very Bad Support Always Active But Not Helping) because they are copying message the same over and over. completed order and yet nothing. btw some service has no refund so be watchful. Much better to try small amount first and if it is working you can go bulk. Youtube Views is working though.
@zeelive might be able to help you out with your refund troubles. He is the one responsible for the panel/marketplace thread on BHW.

Partial orders means that we couldn't finish your order, so we have refunded the non sent likes/followers... to your balance

I understand they have "no control" and are resellers. But if let's say my bakery has "no control" on the bread supply and can't provide any, but keeps charging people coming in, there would be a big problem.
Somehow with SMM panel, its all forgiven.

It's not like that. Services are working when we add them to the panel. But with social media updates, some services may stop working but provider still provide them, either cause they don't know their service don't work anymore, or other reason. So we have to disable when we see there are issue with them, and then we have to deal with refunding our clients. SMM is a bit more complicated than your explication above

Yes I completely understand, this post was not to put your guys down or anything. And I'm sure I don't understand the complexity associated with running an SMM panel, especially on followiz's scale.
On the other hand, when you see the number of issues people are having, clearly the industry is not doing very well. If my bakery sees that their suppliers can't get wheat, sugar or make the baguettes (Yes I'm French), but keep selling the baguettes because "when they were added to the menu, the supplier said they were coming", a lot of people would still get really mad and request refunds.
Again I'm not saying anything negative about followiz, In my case they worked well for me for many years and never refused to refund an incomplete order. I was just giving my inappropriate 2 cent on the issues I see happening. Just this was the thread that poped up
