I've started running, any tips?

I enjoyed running alot but after I broke my right leg, it took six months before I was able to walk again. Currently I can't run for now.

hi everyone, you guys are very helpful with the tips and suggestions, i started running and doing some PR, in the past I've been doing walking for a month now I struggle with a lot of weight until now, now I started running for few days i somehow did a 30 minute 5K run PR, hopefully to do more PR in the future, thank you everyone

no idea what im doing wrong, any tips?, any runners here? how can you run for 5k straight without resting :(, damn im so unfit
Back in my teens I was a sprinter — even snagged 3rd place at State. But honestly, I’ve never liked running more than 3k. Like… why would you run that long? For what?

This summer at 27, I was grinding 3×1k high-intensity runs, but after a while it just got annoying. So I switched things up — now I’m all about cycling. I even dropped the car and just bike everywhere: gym, groceries, whatever

And yeah, I mostly do gym on top of that. But here’s the fun part — running and cycling together? They kinda work like a good sexual fit. I go hard better… and I last longer
. So it became good motivation for me
