It definitely has some dumb suggestions, but the OP has stated he's filed several police reports.

My best advice? Put a single sign on your front lawn that says something to the effect of, "Video monitoring in progress. Vandalism will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law."

Never underestimate the power of a simple sign that basically says, "We have our eye on you little fuckers."

Also, do you have an HOA? I typically loathe HOAs but in this kind of case, it may prove to be useful to get them involved. Especially if its run by one of those bitter, nagging 50-something bored bitches that have nothing better to do than make her neighbors' lives hell. Get on her good side somehow and sic her on the people you suspect. She'll be measuring the height of their grass with a ruler and fining them for having scuff marks on their garbage cans in no time!

If their parents are senators and a governor you might want to hire a Male escort to seduce the senators and the governor and have the escort film it. I've hear Republican senators are particularly fond of male escorts so this should be pretty easy to pull off. :D

If this doesn't work next time one of the vandals comes around kill him and the word will get out to the rest since it seems like you live in a place where the housewives have nothing else to do but gossip about other peoples lives.

I think you and I live in very similar places where the parents have money and power so their kids are "perfect" and can do no wrong until they grow up and the parents find out otherwise. I would love to take some of those over privileged kids and drop them in the wrong side of town and see how tough they really are......Oh wait!.....Now there is an idea right there.

Fill out their address and phone numbers in a bunch of CPA offers... they'll be contacted relentlessly, and they'll never know it was you. Which is good because it won't instigate further attacks.
 
One legal approach might be to take some pictures and report it to the local news....it might embarrass the families enough to make them stop.

Or get a mean dog on a long leash.

and if the cops show up on any of these rich kids' houses EVEN ONCE

that will be the last of their misdoings...

You must do soemthing to them otherwise they will go as far as driving you mad or make you move to another place. Think of the worst you can do to them and do it! Just do it ok.

Bury the gun in another kids yard.
