My best advice for you is find a different affiliate network or contact the AM of impact via skype/telegram and give them a screenshot of your panel of a different reputable network; that will fast-track you into most any network.

Make sure your website isn't empty/new/suspicious and your traffic source looks clean. If you used a social media account, it could be too small, inactive, or break the TOS in some way.

Try to fix these issues and reapply. before reapplying try contacting the support, though.
