I’ve been testing a few methods for running multiple FB accounts, and here’s what I’ve found works best so far:

1. Anti-detect browsers + quality residential proxies
This combo is the most stable. Tools like Dolphin, AdsPower, or Indigo give each account its own browser fingerprint, and pairing that with good residential/static proxies makes them look natural. Free VPNs/proxies are a red flag and not worth the risk.

2. VPN only (e.g. Mullvad)
A VPN changes IP but doesn’t fully mask fingerprints, so it’s weaker long-term. Okay for light use, but not reliable if you want to scale.

3. Buying accounts
This can save time, but quality varies a lot depending on the seller. Best approach is to test a few from a trusted source before committing. Some will last, some won’t.

4. Warm-up process
Don’t rush. Log in over a few days, add profile/cover photo, do normal activity (likes, comments, groups). Make the account look like a real person before posting links. AI or stock-style profile pics are fine as long as they look natural and consistent.

Takeaway: The more “human” your accounts behave, the longer they live. Clean setup + warm-up = higher survival rate.

For long-term stability, quality residential/static proxies are better than VPNs. VPNs recycle IPs and get flagged faster, while good proxies look more like real user connections and keep accounts alive longer

Proxies are always better than VPNs. However, you can't do anything if the entire proxy pool is flagged. Residential proxies are generally considered safe.

Even if VPNs work for creating accounts, they may result in security checks due to frequent IP changes. You can't afford to do that in multi accounting.

Exactly - keeping things natural and consistent is the safest way. Clean setup, proper warm-up, and avoiding shortcuts always give accounts the best chance to last.

I usually log in to my account and act like a real person like posting + sharing posts + liking posts

I am still using multiple ad accounts on 1 FB profile and there is no sign of any restrictions from FB, using Proxy or VPN to manage would be better but for us it is redundant at the moment

Mainly for growing and keeping accounts stable, not for ads.
