Hello guy's very new in SEO field and right know i little bit confused
1.
2. what is basic diffrence between LINDEXED and scrapebox (both done ping )
3. which captcha software shoud i buy captcha sniper or captcha breaker.

for T1 AND T2 link i am using Article kevo any suggesion about this software or any other recommendation??

Welcome to SEO. Lindexed is pinger whereas Scrapebox is doing blog comments pinging, keyword scraping. If you are asking for GSA capcha breaker then its good. For Tier 1 links do manual link building such as Web 2.0s, PBN, Guest Posts etc. And for Tier 2 buy GSA search ranker.

For tier #1, I suggest you to build backlinks manually or you hire someone to do it.

For tier #2, you may use any softwares such as ScrapeBox or SENuke X.

1. Forget ArticleKevo. Get GSA Search Engine Ranker. Don't forget to use this tutorial -

You can build Tier1 links with GSA but make sure to use super spun content.

2. Lindexed only pings your links hoping that they will get indexed. Scrapebox does almost the same. The main capability of Scrapebox is scraping/building links.

For getting links INDEXED, use services like these -

3. If used with GSA, use Captcha Breaker. If used with other tools, use Captcha Sniper.
