Last month one merchant from CJ extended my commissions and the reason he gaves me was that they were charging shipping an handling and because of that they had to made some corrections. The corrections were made and they shaved me 90% of my commissions. I tried to contact the merchant for 2 weeks and got no reply from them. After that i contacted CJ and they told me that they have thousands of affiliates and because of that they must took some time to reply. When i asked to someone from CJ to make the contact for me, they said: "We do not have anyone here at CJ who is managing the account, so our only contact will be the same as the contact you are reaching. We will place a note over to the advertiser, but there is no guaranteeing they will respond to our inquiries either." Wtf? The only network that is promoting their program is CJ, they have thousands of affiliates and they dont have anyone to manage their account! Thats a joke for sure. I made more than 500 sales and more than $100,000 in sale amount, if i have someone that did that for me i would call him dad What should i do? Thanks!
