Hi,

I recently upgraded from an older PC to a new system with an Asus B450M motherboard, allowing me to connect up to 64 modems using a SIM bank I purchased: https://pl.aliexpress.com/item/1005007207701773.html
Initially, I could only use 20 modems due to the limitations of my old setup.
However, I'm encountering an issue where the SMS Deliverer Ultimate Edition application displays a COM port error after a random period, ranging from a few minutes to a couple of hours, preventing SMS reception. Restarting the application temporarily resolves the issue, but the problem reoccurs unpredictably.

Here's what I have checked so far:
  • The SIM bank is connected to the PC via a USB cable approximately 1.8 meters in length
  • The number of modems connected (whether 64 or 32) does not affect the occurrence of the error.
  • All devices appear to be functioning correctly in the Windows Device Manager.
  • I have installed additional drivers from Maxlinear, which seemed to extend the error-free operation time, but the issue persists.( https://www.maxlinear.com/support/design-tools/software-drivers?spm=5261.15153177.0.0.2f4a4edfmatBVu)
  • I use only USB 2.0 ports to connect simbank
Could you suggest any other troubleshooting steps? Has anyone else experienced similar issues with a SIM bank setup?

Here is my system details:

System: Windows 10 Pro (19045)

Best regards,
