Hello,

I used to work with >Google merchant center in FR GEO on GH/BH vertical. overall approval 80% (baseed on 100+ site). We have a 6 figures monthly ad spend on it.

Since a Week i Start to try to go on US with same set up.
On average i am accepted and ban within 2/3 days (base on 10 sites).

SET UP:
-> Ads power
-> Aged gmail 2023 + 2fa + verified phone
-> Shopify (custom them)
-> Static residential (iproyal) ttl 30min
-> Checkout redirection with keitaro to money page with IP based 302 redirect

DIFFERENCE:
-> GMAIL: US one i buy them in FR we farm them

Again it work well on FR

Non Branded product,

I have several question:
-> What Kind of IP do you use?
-> Do your ip need to match state with gmc and footer info in US?
-> In US they ask one thing not present in EU about sales taxe any specifi set up on?
-> Any reliable gmail Provider?
-> Any specialist i am ready to pay for learning or services.

i have replied to this before, please check

1. Using residential proxies is the best option.

2. Yes, your ip needs to match with the GMC and everything thats linked to that stuff.

3. Google automatically calculates US sales tax so manual setup is optional. But still verify your tax feed doesn’t conflict with the checkout

4. Tbh just use branded domain email, its better but if you want to use gmail then there are providers on this forum

5. Post that in the HAF (Hire a Freelancer) category on this forum

So your current setup is quite OK. We never use adspower tho. Gologin or incogniton.

The US market is just stricter, so what flies in other regions often gets flagged there.

On IPs: I’ve had better luck with static residential or static mobile proxies that don’t rotate every 30 minutes. The short TTL rotations you’re using can work in FR but tend to trigger flags in the US. Google’s fraud detection is just tighter there. Ideally, you want an IP that stays the same for days or weeks.

About matching the state—perfect city-level matching isn’t required, but I’d keep the IP in the same state as your GMC business address if you can. It avoids easy contradictions. At a minimum, country-level consistency is essential.

For sales tax, the US is more demanding than FR. Google often checks if your checkout page mentions sales tax—even if it’s $0 in some states. If you don’t show it, you can fail manual reviews. It’s a good idea to enable tax calculation in Shopify so it looks legit.

Regarding Gmail, the difference you mentioned is probably a big part of the problem. Your FR accounts work because you farm them yourself and keep them stable. The US ones you buy might be low-quality or flagged. Best bet is to warm them up yourself on stable US IPs for a few weeks before using them.

Overall, the US GEO is just stricter, so small things matter more. Matching address info, using better IPs, warming accounts properly, and having sales tax displayed can make the difference between bans in 2 days vs. months of smooth running.

I'm running BH/GH products in germany and I've noticed gmails are making a big big difference right now.

Might hit me up with a pm, let me tell you a few things.

What do you mean by use branded domain email? I can skip the warming up gmail part by just use the shop domain?

US GMC is brutal lately—fresh US residential IPs matching your biz address, proper sales tax setup, and legit Gmail accounts only. Farming Gmail or using mismatched IPs = insta ban. Pay for solid help if you want to survive.

Please can you recommend any seller on forum
I have tried several on fiver but keeps getting banned after 2 days

You're running a solid setup. For US, make sure:
  1. IP matches state info on GMC/footer
  2. Use high-trust residential proxies (SOAX, Oxylabs)
  3. Gmail farming > buying - try US-farmed aged Gmails
  4. Add proper US sales tax settings in Shopify
  5. DM me - I know reliable Gmail sources & offer setup consulting if needed

Use static US residential IPs and match IP location with GMC address and site footer

Do you know agencies who can setup or work with insider?
