Don’t really care about the price I just don’t wAnt to overpay like when you buy “social media proxies “
Of course mobile proxies are best because they will last longer( because it won’t change isps ever ) but I need some for testing areas that will work well .

my area for the mobile data is small so i don't want to flag it with test (had to switch to verizon , tmobile was instant shadowbans) f

For tinder, a residential ip is necessary, especially if you have a large number of accounts to manage and a generic proxy ip can easily be detected.

Then it depends on the proxy provider. Is the IP on the blacklist. You can't tell about the quality until you try it.

Quality is always the baseline for entry when it comes to these things. You'll want IPs that won't compromise your account's security and low quality ones might get you flagged. If you are considering mobile proxies, which is good for managing multiple profiles on social media, you can get ones that provide IPs from a consistent location and ISP. That way the same account doesn't look like it's accessing from multiple different ISPs and locations.

What Are ISP Proxies?
