Is YouTube still the best platform for building authority?

It depends on the niche. YouTube is great for deep content, while LinkedIn and newsletters can work better for professional audiences.

SInce youtube iss easily accessable , it beats all the other platform for any type of learning. SO, without any doubt yoututbe is the strongest platform. But your content and relatibility to your audience plays bigger part in order to become niche in any domain

I still think YouTube is one of the best platforms for building authority because people can see and hear you, which helps build trust over time. It does take longer than short form platforms but the content can keep bringing in views for months or even years.
 
it depends on niche and quality of your content. but i think other social media platforms are better than youtube for building authority
 
youtube is great with nearly zero costs + it's google owned so it helps with seo , also the format of a video is much easier to digest then reading giant blob of text
