My websites works perfectly fine but in GA it shows 0 online users. GA code loads fine and I can see it in HTML output
I tested it with 2 different GA accounts

Can some one test it too?

Seems Google is having issues in some parts of the world. YouTube having problems too.
 
Surprisingly, I was just looking at analytics too and spent quite a few minutes reloading and reloading...
 
Major outage across all kinds of services, give it a few hours for an update or restoration - no reason to panic in the meantime. Though I would pause ads to shopify stores and such until the issues are resolved.

same here, even GSC is not working right now.
 
Maybe the issue is related to the new google algorithm update (scheduled for tomorrow) ?

Same here. Happened to me a few days ago as well. It always sucks because it makes me worried I have a penalty or something.
