Like do the accounts still work after a few days or does instagram deactivate the accounts because there would be 50+ accounts under the same IP address?

I've never heard of XGC media, but running 50+ acc under same ip is too risky.

I wouldn't keep more than 2 accounts under the same proxy

instagram flag the ip while create 2 nd account in that same ip, if you try 3 rd account in that same ip it will disabled immediately. i think 50+ accounts in same ip mean not possible. so ip not issue, ask him may be method of creating like non pva or same image in multiple accounts like that.
