Is WPCloaker the way to go?

wpCloaker works for both Wordpress and non-Wordpress sites (i.e. regular HTML and PHP sites).

The install on a non-Wordpress site is a little trickier because it depends on your Apache + PHP installation the host set up, but we have an install guide and we often just do the install for customers.

I still don't see what advantages WP Cloaker has over Wordpress Traffic Tools, which is a lot cheaper. Can someone explain to me what I am missing?

WP Cloaker does not generate php & html site ,there is alternative
black hat cloaker generate thousand of wp blogs (from only 1 wp install) or index/html domains (on same panel)
its scrape content from Google ,Yahoo, Bing, Rss & custom content (allow spin syntax)
you can also create your own custom source (with php knowledge)
there is different solution that can fit your need

I don't own or use WP Traffic Tools and I am sure it is a fine and wonderful product. If it fits what you want to do, have at it. If you are new and aren't quite sure what you want to do or should be doing send them a support ticket. I am sure they can help you.

Cloaking these days is mainly done for paid traffic and not organic search. Within this context I usually recommend customers use wpCloaker, Blackjack's JustCloak, or NoIPFraud. All these work, have excellent support, and are updated continually. All put effort into identifying fingerprints of reviewers and shadow bots, etc.

wpCloaker's heritage was in cloaking for organic search but I'll be the first to say that other than the corporate clients most regular customers are cloaking paid traffic. Still, we do a considerable amount of traditional page generation and cloaking. As was pointed out, there is no page generator for wpCloaker. These are relatively a dime a dozen in the Wordpress world. Most large clients have their own generators to get past the Google boxcar filters but the basics of scraping paragraphs/sentences, images, video links, and tips and then combining them together in unique page layouts is the same as its been since the pre-TE days.
 
I really can't vouch for WP cloaker...

Even using the most 'secure' settings, all my blogs/sites still get banned/penalized after a few days. Sometimes they came back if I cloacked using a 302.. but other times they were gone forever ;)

Have to add this though :

I only used it for Organic cloaking.

Have to kind of take this statement back. Have been experimenting again with WPcloaker. I found a few sites on my server that I'd cloaked months ago with wpcloaker and they were still holding out fine. I used userlanguage as a match on those and didn't cloak the homepage. Going to try and figure out what went wrong the first time, Ill keep this updated.
 
WPcloaker is definitely the way to go as it is a lot cheaper and offers traffic for unlimited number of sites. The process gets smoother when you utilize the tool correctly and it works great without any bugs.
 
Thanks Guys such nice info, I am on the process to hand on cloacking and before spending big bucks on Fanatmos Shadowmaker, I think i should try my hands on WPCLOAKER. Let's hope for the best. :)

Will update my experiance of cloaking in such a nice forum.
 
Has anyone used noipfraud, if so can I get some feedback?

Where as 10 years ago cloaking for search traffic was the most common scenario, today it is cloaking paid traffic. 4. The best settings for wpCloaker depend on what you're trying to accomplish. I always tell people the same thing -- use the support desk to ask questions and pick our brain on how to best support your specific scenario.

i purchased wpcloaker 2 days ago and i still havent received the product yet, so im not really sure if wpcloaker "is the way to go" if it takes this long just to wait to actually get the product, SMH.
 
You may believe that I am nuts, but my script beats in almost any aspect wp cloaker and similar scripts.

I certainly hope not! We have a support desk. Create a ticket for problems/questions. We manually verify all purchases with Paypal and then manually send out welcome links.

I don't have the right to post links here (and I am not a spammer :D). When I reach the 100 posts limit I will try to upgrade to vip and provide more details.

However, the idea is prety straightforward: rely on *** but not only negative detection but positive when needed. There are lots of factors when it comes to detect spiders, but some of them might have an ever green pool of IPs. You can query the live DNS to be certain, but that takes an eternity (many seconds) to do that or you need to pay a mothly fee to get data via API.

To better explain the concept, I can tell you that initially I start cloakers within an MVC framework serving double views according the requests (this is real cloaking while on WP is more redirecting and link cloaking than content cloaking) and later I applied the structure on WP. This led me to build a script that hides on the fly images, iframes, links and even js or do the rest of the "dirty" work.

To be more persuasive :) a few words about a difficult task - s.p.o.o.f.ing the referrer and u.ser a.gent: you open the target url via curl passing the parameters you want (attenton to https schemes and redirects); this is not that difficult, but then how do you continue while the URL in user's browser points on your own URI? If you want to learn more about this problem try to search for it in mozilla's case.
