Is WordPress a good choice for creating a website?

I am hardly that old especially in the seo scene.
It could be backlinks that helps him rank. How fast his landing page loads, how well it's optimized for target keywords. You need to do a content and seo audit of his landing pages/sites.
Open a Hire a freelance, if you cant do it yourself, there are many expert here in this forum who can pin point what exactly he is doing right and give you a content and seo plan to outrank him.
So get Content and seo audit, competitor analysis and get a content and seo plan to outrank him.
(Don't open a thread asking help to rank in top 1 position in google.)
Good luck.
Its all about local ranking i think, and no one can out rank him, because i think he is the first book the domain for the same keyword and index the site,.

He might be doing local business markup, people do this with wix.
It helps google spider to better understand your site.

Thank sir, for answering, I will read this and understand, thank you for the help and reply.

Ofcourse it is, it's actually one of the best choice there is. Most websites are powered by wordpress and I think the SEO plugins you can get will work wonders for you.

is this poosbile for hostinger drag and drop plan, because i bought that for four years
I don't have experience with Hostinger's website builder, but I'd honestly recommend taking the time to learn WordPress, especially if you're planning to build a new website. Watch some videos on Elementor, a drag-and-drop builder for WordPress that's very similar to other builders and offers a ton of tutorials and easy troubleshooting.

Shopify hands down no question about it.
Shopify is an ecomm platform and wordpress is for blogs and service sites not for ecomm.

Wrong. Wordpress has Woocommerce which is a cornerstone of it’s userbase.

What benefit does Shopify give you that Woocommerce doesn’t that justifies its ridiculous pricing and commision (for lack of a better word) structuring?

I’m not even a fan of wordpress, but shopify is rockbottom for me.

Yes, WordPress is a good choice for creating a website due to its flexibility, ease of use, and extensive plugin ecosystem. It supports various websites, from simple blogs to complex e-commerce sites, making it a versatile option for most users.

Yeah, to be honest, full credits to wp for that. I started with joomla, but the first real love I had for a framework/cms platform was for wp, since it uncomplicated a lot of things for me compared to joomla.

** with 4 unique visitors per day, lol.
