WooCommerce can be configured to be on the same level or even better than a Shopify store (generally way more customization possibilities etc).
Shopify is just easier to set up.

So one guy has first place on Google and you use Wix but does not have first place, so Wix is NOT best then since many WordPress sites also has first page on Google. SEO is not about what CMS you use, saying Wix is best for SEO is pure bullshit.

I want to know about landing page, I just want simple landing page for real estate in local area, there is one guy who use wix and always ranking first, even with new domain, I cant afford wix so i bought hostiger, and he use wix drag and drop that's it, I need help form all the old guys

I am agree with you point that wix is not best for seo, actually seo or ranking of a particular website does not depends upon the platforms it depends upon several factors like page optimization, link building, on page optimization, responsiveness and many more thing.

I am hardly that old especially in the seo scene.
It could be backlinks that helps him rank. How fast his landing page loads, how well it's optimized for target keywords. You need to do a content and seo audit of his landing pages/sites.
Open a Hire a freelance, if you cant do it yourself, there are many expert here in this forum who can pin point what exactly he is doing right and give you a content and seo plan to outrank him.
So get Content and seo audit, competitor analysis and get a content and seo plan to outrank him.
(Don't open a thread asking help to rank in top 1 position in google.)
