Is what this girl is doing illegal?

Like I said before in this guy's other thread, why do you have the username of KP1990? Is it because you want to be just like KT1990?

do the math

50 times a day for 6 months

15000 times a month x 6 months =90,000 times

so 90,000 times at 10k a pop = $900,000,000

yeah ummmm ok

You as well as mickey are on some crack or something. Thinking everyone is up to something. I do not know why you think I am KT1990 besides the fact that our names are similar, you would think if I was a scammer (if that's what he is) I would hopefully be a bit more creative to pick a different name (more so than just changing one letter. I already told you KP is my initials, 1990 the year I was born. To micky...... the question was already answered dumba$$. How many ''people'' did I scam.... 0. I do not think anyone on here from the USA is going to risk spending life in prison for 10k.

He Or The Shemale is Trying to Scam you.:helpdesk:
They Need your bank info.

Thanks. We never got that far in the conversation, like the other guy said if she worked for the bank she could just look it up.

You don't simply come up as a newbie and bash our members in obscene language. You deserve a ban if not an infraction and to answer your question, CL & girls never go hand in hand. If you're in doubt, talk to our boss CEOSam.

Not really, I remember luckyduck, and luckyduck2, the moron copy and pasted the same shit scam thread selling fake iPhones, and swore blind he was not the same person.

The way to make money with this is to set it all up and then go to the bank. They should pay you a reward for stoping the theft and identifying this person.

By putting the checks in your name, she is assuring that you go to jail, not her.

This is bank fraud and it could definitely get you some jail time.

A few thousand dollars isn't worth the risk if you're going to be spending several years with your cell mate Bobby. He loves it when you drop the soap. ;)

She put her name and city shes in, in her signature at the bottom of her emails. I was thinking of calling the Wells Fargo in her area, (if her name is her real name) and sending the emails to her manager or something idk

What if you called Wells Fargo and they find out it's not her, but her ex trying to spoil her reputation and lose her job?

............ then good. They found out its not her but her ex trying to spoil her reputation and make her lose her job........... What if I call the police on someone robbing a bank but they find out someone threatened them and made them rob a bank?

What if you simply ignore that so called girl and take this topic out of your mind and move on with your life? It'd atleast save someone's life if what I suggested was real and save you from some karma too.

Or I could report a crime (or possible crime) and get some karma, by getting a fraudster in prison, or throwing someone in prison damaging someone else's reputation. Having an email with someones name on it, would not be enough to put her in prison, it would just cause an investigation to see if she is actually causing a crime.

If you ever speak with her again (and I would not) be SURE to tell her you have zero interest and that if she contacts you again you will call the FBI. Conspiracy charges are very easy to get caught up in and in this case any substantive conversation that indicates any interest on your part leaves you open to the charge of conspiracy to commit bank fraud.

I don't get how anybody could have any doubt whether this is a crime. Run ... don't walk from this moron.

Do it bro! You can be a real life Leonardo DiCaprio. Lame, stupid and the biggest derp in Hollywood with no Oscar.

It's obvious that "she" is just trying to get your bank info and the scam makes zero sense, if the checks are reversed then not even she could profit as the funds go back to the original bank and not you or her will see I dime of the money.

People are so stupid to fall for scams from total strangers.
1)Someone committing fraud surely wouldn't seek out total strangers that might just turn them in.
2)Someone who actually has a fraud scheme going on that works, would not need to seek out total stranger, when they have actual real people in their lives they could turn onto the scheme.
3)If it is to good to be true, 99% of the time, its a scam and you will loose every time and ironically, it always involves total strangers.

I am with most people here, the OP is probably seeking victims because since he/she said they were not going to do it, they would have had no reason to create the topic.

My mom fell for this (on Craigslist ironically) years ago, and now she can't have a bank account anywhere. Can't believe this shit is still going on.
