The tools it provides to users are very useful for SEOs, therefore it's definitely worth the money. That said, the quality of the tools matters a lot and you may not like all of them. For example, you may prefer to continue using your previous keyword research tool after trying theirs.

Yeah it's a handy tool, but I don't think it's worth that price tag to be honest. If you're starting an agency then the premium web version might be the go, but the desktop version with those upsells, meh. pass.
