yes - not necessary, but recommended. if you want your account to look legit, and stable. to avoid getting flagged or restricted. esp if youre in a specific niche that might raise a red flag. better safe, than sorry?

actually you don't need to warm up via, but you should warm up your account, but it's not always necessary. As for via, don't use newly created via.
