Is VPS more or less expensive than dedicated servers?

Most of the time people use VPS or dedicated server. Some web hosting companies get 50% off on dedicated server and some companies provide cheap dedicated server hosting then at this situation is VPS more or less expensive than dedicated server.

VPS should always be cheaper unless you are getting some super low budget dedi

Starting out the VPS will be cheaper. Once you start getting to about 8 GB of Ram with 4 core or more then at that time it might be a good idea to start looking to switch to a dedicated server.

VPS are always cheaper but in case you get some super cheap dedicated server then you must compare CPU specification of Dedicated server with the main node of VPS server.

i.e mostly VPS server Nodes are hosted on high power CPUs like 2x Intel Xeon CPU E5-2620 v4 2.10GHz, 16 Cores, 32 Threads
and if you get some super cheap server like $30 - $40 then the CPU must be very old model i,e some providers are selling Pentium 4 and Celeron servers also in this cost which are useless
