Is this trademark infringement?

So, lets say there is a name that you know is trademarked and in this case it was "example". Would it be considered trademark infringement if you went and registered the domain "examp.le"? Also, do domain registrars have a say about registering a domain name thats using a trademarked name?

If its a trademark name of any brands,then its trademark infringement.But still there are so many exceptions.All cases are not trademark infringements.Just like some review sites.They use it with certain range of marketing ethics.Either they are doing a review,affiliate,tips and tweaks,or even unofficial support (as in the case of gaming forums) sites.But they can't make revenue by directly using/selling the brand name.Still they can use the brand name and generate revenue by being an affiliate,adding ads,or CPA ways.Hope this helped you.

But i need some more information to understand. For example i have registered:
androidblackmarket.net
Is this illegal with android trademark?
One more question. As i understood bluetooth is a trademark?
So registering an EMD like:
bluetooth-earphones.com
Is against the trademark rules?
