For me yes, I passed out while trying to count how many times the domain appeared the most.
Perhaps you have even more disturbing examples to share? I'm really curious how much this update messed up the SERPs.

Yes it definitely messed up the SERP, the same domain over and over again.

I've come across such results almost every time I use popular brand name in the search,
Have to use "-site:" sometimes to filter the results

Ugly SERPs post-update? Totally feel you. Just a few months back, I audited a client's site that dominated a niche's SERP. I'm talking 7 out of 10 results on the first page. Thanks, Google! Anyway, they've since diversified it after the next roll-out. Keep an eye out, SERPs can swing wild with these updates. Ever consider using a SERP tracker? Helps predict the ebb and flow.
