Is this someone doing negative SEO to my site?

Using ahref, I found 30 new spammy backlinks from 10 domains with similar anchor, all added yesterday.
Is it ok to use GWT's disavow feature? This is a blackhat CPA site so I never added this site to GWT.
Does disavowing the bad links then removing the site immediately any safer?

My site's niche is blackhat, it will probably get penalized in a couple of months.
So should I even disavow those bad links?
I'm afraid that adding my site to Webmaster tool will trigger some kind of scan/check that'll get the site penalized even faster.
Maybe I'm too paranoid but I've seen people here recommend staying away from GWT for such sites.

Don't make a big deal of it if you know it is gonna be penalized anyhow. Beide that: You have this all the time in blackhat CPA niches. I don't care about it anymore: my experience is that you better can build more sites / links than stressing out on this issue what you almost can't fix :D
 
any russian , chinese , adult links are all
bad for any website .

- adult if in that industry.


if your just using it as a sales landing page dont worry at all
 
As you know its going down sooner or latter just relax, take the opportunity and make more sites, you would end up making more. No need to waste time trying to fix things up.

I'll leave the site as it is. It's just that I'm new to IM and this site is the biggest thing I've ever made so I was a bit hesitant.
Also, negative SEO-ers are p**sies.
 
Since they appear to be guest books they don't look like aggregators or anything.
Definitely looks like negative SEO. Super spammy shit, just disavow.

Some people just have a lack of morals

Edit: Maybe the brands you are focussing on are doing the negative SEO thing :D I've had tens of requests to take down my website and everytime I had a solid response to my hoster so they agreed with me.

could be some sort of "desperate" move to drop our sites out of the SERPs :P
 
I probably wouldn't bother since it's going down anyways. I'd take the time to setup a new site.
