Is this service legit? Does it work?

TL;DR: is this service legit: negativeseoguy"".com/remove-ripoff-report-mugshot-negative-seo/ ? If not, any recommendations? (remove the "" to use link)

I would rather stay away from negative SEO, I know, I know.

But my most important client asked me about it urgently and I basically need a fast answer.
I need to remove 2 bad articles from 4 years ago from the first page, put them down as far as possible (from a moral stand point, he's a nice guy and really doesn't deserve the shit he's getting for those articles).

So, my question is, does the aforementioned service work?

If not, can I get any recommendations? I know nothing about negative SEO, I do know pretty much everything about white hat though.

Looks like an overpriced fiverr gig.

Impossible to say, but I know that NSEO is not as effective as many would think. And I know that Google is doing a good job of making it less and less effective virtually everyday. If you're desperate you can try rolling the dice, but I'd never advocate it. There are more proven/mainstream methods to ORM than that.

Thank you all for the responses so far. I know the right answer is ORM, or white hat until the good results are higher than the bad ones. The problem is that he wants "speed", not "quality". I was just spending a few hours researching the topic for him and decided to ask people who know a lot more than I do about "black hat".

So far, I'll have to tell him that it's basically not viable and I'll work with him for the next few weeks to white hat his way out of the problem, unless someone shows me a faster solution. Thanks again!
