Is this really a Ponzi scheme?

Is this a ponzi scheme, this is my idea so start with £600 find a way to get people to pay you £8 everyday like it’s an investment you pay them £20 back from your £600 everyday to each of the 50 people and you flipped £600 to £12k easily in a single month in full profits.

You need to find a business model that is not going to have people call you Bernie Madoff.

Is delivering a business service where I charge £8 everyday and I don’t pay them back I just deliver my service that values them is that still considered a ponzi scheme?

You get +400 from 50 people, now you have 1000.
You pay 20 back to those 50 people, -1000
Now you have 0 and you lost your original 600.

He rely on people not asking for their money, thinking that it grows in the meantime, which is not the case. than OP just have a big "bank" out of their money he can freely use, "until" some ask for their profits.

And yes, this is a classic Ponzi model, how come you got into the details of doing it, know how its called, but don't know that's what your doing?

Some companies did this in my country in 1997 (when people didnt know any better). We got ripped and this was the cause of a civil war

You can do that and discuss on bhw. That is normal business.

I pay my cleaner, she cleans the house and she does not have to give me the money back.
