kinda depends on how much traffic we are talking about. if its only like 10 visits a day then yeah it can happen. but if you have actual volume and literally 0% from other countries then something is probably set up wrong with your analytics or hosting. normally you get at least some random bot traffic from europe or asia... what tool are you using to track it?

hm yeah this numbers looks pretty normal for us traffic $0.43 cpm is no the low side but it can vary a lot by niche
