    Hey guys
I just noticed that my site has got a few new links with some wierd anchors like 5-6 digit numbers, random names and other anchors like payday loans, conrand, lola etc.
What do you guys think about this? Should I get rid of them?

Are the sites shady? What is the PR of the source? How many links?

No PR and sites with tons of comments, it seems like the wierd anchors is the username of the commenter.
And yea I've got like 45 links from only 1 site with "lola" as anchor text

Check the pages linking to you. If they link to spam sites, you need to cut them loose.

They might be spam sites. Check them out. Usually when people do negative SEO they will put anchors such as Viagra, Porn, or something related to hacking.

    Thanks for reply guys,
As I can see most of the sites looks trashy with tons of spammy comments.

So should I contact each site and ask them to remove the comments? As most of the links are comment links.
Or do you think that google disavow tool will do the trick ?

I think first off you should use disavow links tool, so your site isn't slapped by Google because of these crappy links.
Then try figure out who can do such things.

Sounds like negative SEO. As long as they are not going overboard I wouldn't worry. Keep checking ahrefs and you might as well use the disavow tool for some of the most spammiest links.

when someone or you can say your competitor tries to create low quality or spammy backlinks to ur site to put bad impressions of ur site in google eyes,so google can slap u and punish ur site
