Is this Marijuana/Cannabis plant ?

We call it "Canepa" in Romania , and we make traditional clothes from it lol . However few farmers began to smoke it and the law became more restrictive with it .

Tons of Marijuana near my old house. :) I dont smoke it. I wish i can make money with it.

Not for sure whether it's weed or not, it definitely does look like it at first, but that should be around 1 meter tall to have as big of fan leaves as that has, and it doesn't show solid stalk growth, so I have a feeling it is not weed. But just in case it is, I would wait another 6-8 weeks until some buds form, and then dry for around 5-7 days hanging, then smoke it. Oh and report back to us what happened. HAHAHA!!!
 
I asked my one of friend too, He said it is.I googled weed's images and i found similar too.These plants are getting sun all the time.
Its night here,in morning, I will pluck few leaves and post some close picture of it,i will also try to smell. But i am not familiar with it.

They are not in my garden,they are close to my house (just 2-3 mins walks).
 
Might be, but I put my dollar on industrial hemp. It's normal that bird seeds contain hemp seeds.
In other words no THC= no fun.
 
It´s deffinetely not Mariujana, with those big leaves it wouldve been a lot taller, and it wouldnt have been scattered around like those plants. Weed has a very instinctive smell of herbs, so even though you´ve never experienced that before, you could easy tell if it´s weed or nah
 
I've seen this before.. where are you based OP? I've seen this growing wild or something similar to it at least here in Ireland.

It's not cannabis although the leaves do look similar, the branches are way too thin and just look at all the shit undergrowth.. I suspect it's just some form of wild weed in the "pest" variety.

It's not hemp either.

There was also half meter long plant,but someone killed (or something :) ) those plantsI am not sure its Weed. I will post few pictures soon,and ask some of locals here.
