Is this Link noopener nofollow okay

wordpress has added noopener to all my amazon links (not sure if this will impact anything) I know noopener noreferrer mess around with amazon. How about this rel="nofollow noopener" is this fine? I added the no follow to keep all my link juice, but I can't get rid of nopener thing (not sure if it will affect my affiliate links or get me banned from amazon)

it must be -> rel="nofollow" rel="noopener"
