Yes, metrics are fine to go, check with backlink profile and spam. If all good and relevant to your niche, give it a shot.

Look at the backlink profile, DR/DA/PA/TF it is all third party garbage and has NOTHING to do with how Google sees and ranks a site.
You seem to have Ahref so why are you not checking the links to that site?
