It is not illegal, however it is against most website's TOS.

You won't go to jail, but it doesn't mean they won't sue you into oblivion.

I can't believe this thread is still going. Haha. And of course, the minimum sentence for selling Twitter followers is 40 years - life in any country.

Illegal? Yes! last guy I know who did this was gang raped and had a cigar shoved up his nose.
Sell drugs...its safer than selling Twitters accounts
