I read about expired domain and this one have good metrics.
seems that the domain was not used for spam and don't think its blacklisted.

If this is not an auction domain, I can assure you with 99% certainty, that it's spammed to death.

Top TLD domains with this number of referring domains go for a few thousands USD at the auctions.

Goose outlet mate. You can literally see it's pure shit from the name only. That's equivalent of viagradiscount.com

Other one is a former PBN, easy to see from hosting history.
