im planning on buying the $10 package from www dot blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/seo-link-building/490916-best-link-pyramid-service-2-0-3-tiers-10-platforms-5460-unique-backlinks-only-5-a.html for a video and the keywords have 4,400 , 1,300 and 800 monthly searches. i wanted to know your opinion about the possibility to rank for this on G00gle. thanks in advance .

YouTube videos have other factors too, only sending backlinks to it won't ensure ranking in Google. You have to send retention views, likes, and backlinks alongside to get it ranked in Google/YouTube.
 
i was planning to send 10k high retention views and some likes but would i rank
 
You need to optimize your video first,correct title with main keyword you want to rank,keyword in description and tag.High retention views,likes,comments,subscribers and then backlinks,some blog comments,web 2.0, social bookmark etc
 
Here's all I do, I make the video and upload it. Send 600 social bookmarks drip feed over 7 days. I wait 30 days and send 30k high retention views from fiverr, then I send 100 likes from fiverr. This method works best for me and only cost $13
