Is this domain worth purchasing?

Hi everyone,

So this is bit of a tricky situation and I am confused here, so I need your help.
The domain I am talking about here is 4 year old domain with 20+ da, pa is 32, TF 20, CF32, maj backlinks 278, RD 1.

Now it has backlink from a charity domain and that too is a footer link as it was a design agency previously.

The metrics of the charity domain are awesome. So I was wondering should is go for this domain 301 it to my website will that be useful?

Charity website metrics are DA and PA both 50+
TF 25+ and CF 35+

Does the footer link provides value?
Any inputs are appreciated.

what you will do if the link removed from that domain then you will be RD0

Not worth the registration price. Metrics are completely useless in this scenario - 1 RD its simply not enough.

i think most important manage content than old domain .

What are your thoughts on the footer link (assuming it won't be removed), does it pass the same value like a link on the same site from within a content page with brand name anchor?

The whole point of my confusion is suppose If I approach a similar site for a guest post link with same metrics as the charity website DA and PA 50+, TF 25+ and CF 25+ well established with tons of backlinks. It would cost me much more than the registration price of the domain in question. So, what I think is if the footer link passes the same value link any other link then it is a cheap deal.

I would love to get your thoughts on this.

if its just the registration rice you cant lose much ... so go for it even if all recommend differently.

Thanks I already got it now lets see if the footer link passes some value.

Since it's a footer link so there are over 300 links from that charity website, Should I disavow most links and keep a few what would you suggest.
