yes I just found that this domain is costing $350 on domainmarket.com but before I had received quote from DomainNameSales.com that it will cost $1000
still do you guys think that its a great domain for a news website ?

It's not a terrible name, but there are still a lot of "news" domains available for 8 bucks.

If you are going to spend $1000 or even $350 on that name, i would say dont do so.
I think better would be available to even reg, but my best bet would be to say check the drops for a couple of days and do a discount backorder via Drop Catch, for $15 USD, or go with a regular Backorder ($59 or $69 Usually) if you really like the name you found.

If the domain is listed with various sale prices, it means seller doesn't have clue how much it's worth ... so the domain has even lower value than the lowest price it's listed for

This "the" makes this domain bad.If the domain was newsclub would be awesome.I dont recommend you to buy this domain, because there is nothing special in it (because of the price).Believe me, this domain doesnt cost 1000$ or 350$ or even 20$.You can just buy domain starting with news for 10-15$.

newsclub.com is a parked domain - why not try to contact the owner if he is willing to sell?
