Is this domain really worth this much?

are .me domains worth much? I have a nice domain in mind, but still wondering whether to go for a .com, or settle with a better looking .me
btw, in this case, If I were you, I'd simply go for another name...there are loads of nice names

It is not worth that. The guy thinks he really has something and your interest in the domain only made it worse
unfortunately. Just pick another domain name for now and wait until it expires
