Is this counting as a Stealth PP Account or not?

Hello, I have a brother and a good friend who want to give me their PP account so I can use it while I'm new seller on my PayPal account. I can verify both accounts if needed. If PP would ask me somthing, I would simply say that we are team and change the place where profit is delivered from time to time. (I have legit store, 30k in sales..etc.)

What is potential risk?
